Admiral Instruments' International Battery Seminar & Exhibit Recap

The Admiral Instruments team just wrapped an exciting week at the 43^rd International Battery Seminar & Exhibit (IBSE) in Orlando, Florida. With over 2,000 battery professionals from around the globe, the event was the perfect stage to connect, share, and demonstrate our instruments in action.

Over the course of the event, 100+ visitors from the US, Japan, the UK, Germany, China, and more stopped by our booth to see Squidstat Plus potentiostat and Squidstat Cycler - Base Model in action alongside our battery test fixtures. Attendees were able to watch live demonstrations of EIS measurements and battery cycling, and many took the opportunity to ask questions and share insights.

Squidstat Solvers Episode 2 is Out!

Episode 2 of our brand new stop-motion video series brings the skilled Squidstat Solvers back for a dive into another commonly asked Squidstat question: how to connect your Squidstat Cycler in parallel.

This time, the Squidstat Solvers wiggle their way through how to securely and properly link  channels on the Squidstat Cycler - Base Model to achieve higher current while maintaining precise control. With their signature mix of movement and humor, they’ll guide you step-by-step through the process of combining channels for more current, because sometimes higher currents are needed for scaled-up experiments!

Featured Application Note This Month

This month we are featuring a new technical application note titled “Understanding Compliance Voltage in Potentiostats” which demonstrates how the Squidstat Venta potentiostat can be used to measure the compliance voltage. Compliance voltage defines the maximum voltage a potentiostat can apply to drive current while maintaining control at the working electrode.
